Ship the reaction timer

You will take the reaction timer from requirements to fab files, then survive a requirements change — the full loop, no shortcuts. The palette is allowed, but every field it writes, you check by hand.

  1. From the three requirements, write the parts list and the full pin plan table (Lesson 1's) BEFORE opening the Studio.
  2. Write the spec: sevenseg_cc a-g on GP2-GP8, pushbutton on GP14 (internal pull-up, active low), buzzer_passive on GP13, 100mm x 80mm, named "Reaction Timer".
  3. Predict components and traces with the per-part ledger; generate; reconcile any difference — the engine is the referee. (12 components, 22 traces.)
  4. Schematic audit: account for every auto resistor and walk the GND net, listing its members.
  5. Generate + PCB layout; note the routed-trace count and explain the gap from the schematic count in one sentence.
  6. Download Gerbers; open the zip; name the drill file and count eleven. Save the design.
  7. The change request: add the difficulty encoder on GP10-GP12. Re-budget, predict 13 components and 27 traces, generate, verify, Save revision. State one requirement this board still cannot satisfy and why (Lesson 1 Q4's answer, in your own words).
